Role is to drive attendance and engagement for IT industry-specific Customer Meetings on topic like Microsoft Cloud Subscriptions, Adobe, Dell Computers, Sophos Security, Azure Cloud, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS cloud subscriptions, Power Applications, End Point Security, Artificial Intelligence AI Products etc. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential B2B Company customers Decision Makers like Directors, CXOs, Managers, inviting them to participate in our Microsoft Specialist consultation and also sometimes arranging Physical meetings in Dubai/UAE and ensuring a seamless registration of said audience.  You’ll play a crucial role in driving attendance, fostering industry connections, and contributing to the success of our webinars and Events. Your ability to engage potential customers and communicate the value of our events will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Audience Segmentation:
    • Analyze the target B2B customer base and segment it based on industry, job roles, and interests for the target datasets provided to you.
    • Use pre-drafted invitations into CRM System that resonate with each segment.
    • Understand our Client’s UAE Market and multiple nationalities of Customers in UAE.
  2. Invitation Strategy:
    • Determine the optimal timing, frequency, and channels (e.g., email, social media) for reaching potential attendees.
    • Follow-Up with potential to register for the event and ensure attendance during the event.
  3. Content Collaboration:
    • Align with Marketing and Content teams who gives you a compelling webinar content.
    • Invitations with customers highlight the value proposition, key topics, and speakers.
    • Feedback customer responses multiple times a day to Client Manager.
  4. Outreach Campaigns using CRM Systems
    • Execute outbound campaigns to invite B2B customers.
    • Leverage CRM System (Dynamics365) for efficient tracking and follow-ups
  5. Follow-Up and Reminders:
    • Send timely reminders to registered participants.
    • Handle inquiries related to Events logistics and Technicalities.
  6. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Monitor invitation performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
    • Provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
  • Education: B.Com Computers or BSc (IT or CyberSecurity) or BBA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. English Medium School Education and Western Orientation is must.
  • Experience:
    • B2B marketing, event promotion, or customer outreach in English and preferably for selling IT products & services. Microsoft office365 sales experience is a plus.
    • Online events webinars promotions Microsoft Teams and tools like CRM, email marketing etc.
    • Microsoft or any other IT Sales experience.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to tailor messages to different audience segments.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead generation.
  • Salary: Fixed Salary with Incentives.
