Description
We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Solutions Sales Manager with 3 years of experience in Microsoft Corporate Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategic solutions for Microsoft products and services. This role requires a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of Microsoft solutions, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft products.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Solution Development & Presentation:
- Work with clients to identify their requirements and develop customized Microsoft solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft products and solutions to showcase their value and benefits.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience
3 years of experience in Microsoft corporate sales, with a proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
Skills/Scope
Strong understanding of Microsoft solutions, including Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other related products., Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team.
