Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative focused on IT B2B sales for cloud products. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in inside sales with a strong background in selling cloud solutions and IT products. This role involves driving sales through digital channels, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for cloud products through digital channels, including email, social media, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales by understanding customer needs and aligning them with suitable cloud solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide expert guidance on cloud product offerings and how they can benefit the customer’s business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the cloud product segment.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value of Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
- Coordinate with external sales teams and partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud technology and industry trends.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies based on feedback and market changes.
Requirements
Experience
3 years of experience in IT B2B inside sales, with a focus on cloud products and solutions.
Skills/Scope
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a digital sales environment., Strong knowledge of cloud products and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills., Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and handle objections effectively., Strong analytical skills and experience with sales reporting and CRM tools.
