Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Technology/Adoption Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 technologies within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Implementation:
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- User Adoption & Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Create user documentation, guides, and resources to support ongoing learning and troubleshooting.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Act as the point of contact for end-user issues and escalate to higher support tiers when necessary.
- Change Management:
- Assist in the change management process by communicating updates and changes to users.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the adoption process and user experience.
- Collaboration & Best Practices:
- Promote best practices for Microsoft 365 usage, including security, compliance, and efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 to meet business objectives.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor usage and adoption metrics to track the effectiveness of Microsoft 365 implementation and training.
- Prepare and present reports on adoption rates, user feedback, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
Skills/Scope
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field., Proven experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications., Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies., Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users., Experience in training and supporting end-users in a corporate environment., Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
