About Job Role : Candidate shall be founding member of the Human Resources Department and will start as Direct Assistant to CXO/Founders of the Group and will eventually hire teams and will manage 5 HR & Admin functions as below : Recruitment, Training, Engagement, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs and General Administration.
1. Recruitment & Psychiatric Assistance:
a. Short Listing Candidates as per ad and criteria provided.
b. co-ordinating between Interviewing Manager and Candidates.
c. Align CXOs with daily Summary and frequent updates of such interviews and status.
d. Psychometric tests and analysis of potential candidates, background checks etc.
e. Closely Work with CXO and Leadership Forum Managers for Talent management
f. Psychological Counselling of colleagues for their professional and personal lives: Bring colleagues up to speed in provide short summaries and Proactively alerts on important issues. Work as assistant to CXO to save their time yet bring them up to speed on day today issues.
g. Counselling and Team activities for Colleagues with diverse background, language, culture, attitude and mindsets to work as one Team and chase common goals.
2. Public Relations and Event Co-Ordinator
a. To organize alongside Microsoft or other IT Vendors like HP or Dell both online webinars and on-site events in Hotels thereby to engage reputable companies IT Manager, Finance Managers and CXOs to inform and align them on our IT & Security Service Offerings.
b. Above will happen in all 3 moarkets : For UAE with GetMax.Ae, For USA with AurigaSoft.Com and India with Navishaa.Com
c. Alongside corporate event our PR activities will include our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Initiatives in India.
d. PR activities will include engaging Academies, University and colleges thereby to Target Technical and Business Students to work as Interns or on Projects and Technologies guided by us. Eventually we engage the Academic sectors for preparing batches for our future Hiring.
e. PR Activities may include to engage in contacting Companies or Academies to invite them for our events/Meetings.
3. Admin Works
a. Preparing draft Paper works for Tender filing registration etc and to work with CXO’s or Delegated Managers to assist on the same.
b. Organizing company information, individual employee and paper work for quick reference : Special focus on Digitally organizing information, where we will train to use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, D365, HR etc. Softwares.
c. Support Co-ordination for offices in Nagpur, Bhopal existing facility or new facility inductions for expansion as we add foreign projects.
4. Training : To be a quick learner and to attend trainings on company behalf to be trained by company Principles as “Train the Trainer” thus to then do ongoing orientations & Training to colleagues. Specially run English Language for verbal and written communication inside the company and ascent Neutralization training for the colleagues to work in foreign Markets.
5. Technology Work :Our Web and Applications Development Team will Testing and Support from time to time basis of the projects we are getting and you shall be utilizing your Technical Skills on that front or any IT Front.
Candidates Education: Formal University Education in Psychology like BA or MA with English Major and inclinations towards Science, Technology Gadgets. Reputed institutes and high grades in Education. Superior command in English Language
Candidate Personality: Strong Personality. Confident & Go-Getter Attitude. Reliable, Honest and Open person (Highly Available), Pro Business person and gives high weightage to Management / Owners Objectives.
